• Information you give us: Your name, phone number, email address, city, the trip and travel month you are interested in, group size, and anything you write in a message or form.
• Booking information: Details needed to arrange your trip, such as date of birth, ID or passport details for permits and visas, emergency contact, and dietary needs. We collect these only after you decide to book.
• Information from advertising platforms: When you submit a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta shares the answers you entered with us. When you message us from an ad, we see which ad you came from.
• Information collected automatically: Device and browser type, pages visited, and the link or campaign that brought you to our site, through cookies and similar tools including Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.

• To reply to your enquiry and send itineraries, dates, and prices you asked for.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email about the trip you enquired about.
• To make and manage bookings, including permits, stays, transport, and visas.
• To send updates about new trips and offers, only if you have not opted out.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Hotels, transport operators, local guides, and visa agents needed to run a trip you have booked.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as our marketing agency, lead management and messaging tools, website hosting, and payment processors. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google, to measure our ads and show relevant ads.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

5 WhatsApp and Messaging

If you message us or give us your number, we may contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry or booking. You can reply STOP at any time and we will stop sending you promotional messages.

6 How Long We Keep It

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

7 Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to ask to access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance.

Data Deletion Requests

To have your data deleted, including anything received through our Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp channels, please email:
