Day 1

BOARDING AT DELHI & DRIVE TO SHMLA OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

Get ready to depart from Delhi at around 09:00 pm.
Reporting venue will be shared one day prior to the departure date, Assemble at the boarding point and start your night journey towards Shimla.

Day 2

SHIMLA - SANGLA/CHHITKUL OVERNIGHT STAY AT SANGLA/CHHITKUL

After early breakfast drive via Kufri,Narkanda, and descend to the Rampur, further drive to Chhitkul.
We pass through some more stunning landscapes and reach Sangla/Chhitkul by evening.
Stay in Sangla/Chhitkul.

Day 3

SANGLA/CHHITKUL TO NAKO/TABO - OVERNIGHT STAY AT NAKO/TABO

Wake up early in the morning and witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the Spiti Valley.
Enjoy breakfast before checking out from Sangla/Chitkul.
Drive alongside the beautiful Spiti River, soaking in breathtaking 360° views of the snow-clad Himalayas.
En route, stop at the picturesque Nako Village & Nako Lake, a serene Himalayan hamlet surrounded by dramatic landscapes.

Day 4

SANGLA/CHHITKUL TO NAKO/TABO - OVERNIGHT STAY AT NAKO/TABO

After breakfast, start your Journey towards Kaza. We will visit Dhankar Monastery on the way. Enjoy the breathtaking views from Dhankar Village. Reach Kaza, by evening,
check in to your homestay and have Dinner.

Day 5

KAZA -VISIT HIKKIM - KOMIC - LANGZA. OVERNIGHT STAY AT KAZA - OVERNIGHT STAY AT KAZA

Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise. Today is the day to explore the Spiti region. After breakfast, we start visiting the highest villages of Spiti starting with Langza village, Hikkim village (the highest post office in the altitude), and Komic the highest village. Exploring it will consume your whole day in the upper region of Spiti valley.
Return back to Kaza in the evening for Dinner & Stay.

Day 6

KAZA TO KEY MONASTERY & CHICHAM BRIDGE -OVERNIGHT STAY AT KAZA

Begin your day with breakfast before heading out to explore two of Spiti Valley's most iconic landmarks. Visit the magnificent Key Monastery, the largest and most important Buddhist monastery in Spiti, perched dramatically on a hilltop with breathtaking valley views.
Continue to the engineering marvel of Chicham Bridge, one of Asia's highest suspension bridges, spanning a deep Himalayan gorge. Return to Kaza by evening and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 7

KAZA TO KALPA - OVERNIGHT STAY AT KALPA

After breakfast start your journey towards Shimla, Stay in Kalpa, the village built in typical Kinnauri architecture.
If time allows you can take a short drive on the old Hindustan Tibet Road where the suicide point, is one of the attractions due to its sheer cliffy road.
Back to Kalpa, night in a Hotel.

Day 8

KALPA TO SHIMLA- DEPARTURE FOR DELHI

Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise. After having breakfast, head back to Shimla After some leisure at the Mall road,
Visit the local Shimla on our own and board the bus later in the night.

Day 9

REACH DELHI | END OF TRIP WITH A BAG FULL OF LIFE TIME MEMORIES

Reach Delhi early in the morning and conclude the tour with loads of memories that you can cherish for a lifetime.

  • Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals /refreshments /lunches on the highway.
  • Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/ monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot).
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • GST (5%) is applicable extra.

Important Info

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.

However, no refund will be provided for the same. In case of unforeseen weather conditions, such as road blockages due to heavy snowfall, a 4x4 vehicle may be required to continue the journey.
Any additional cost incurred for arranging the 4x4 will be borne by the travellers.

NOTE: Access to high-altitude regions of Spiti Valley, especially Hikkim, Komik, and Langza Village may be blocked during winter months due to excessive snowfall. Hence, the visit to these locations is weather-dependent. In such a case, we will look for the best possible alternatives, as feasible.

Travellers residing outside Delhi are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 4 PM on the trip start date. Similarly, on the trip end date, book returning flights/trains leaving post 2 PM or if possible keep an extra buffer day.

Limited Accessibility

Due to extreme winter conditions in Spiti Valley, attached/private washrooms are subject to availability. At certain locations, water pipelines and washroom facilities may freeze, making attached washrooms temporarily unusable. In such cases, common washrooms will be provided wherever available.

Running water may not be available at all times due to freezing temperatures. Guests are requested to cooperate with the hotel/homestay staff, as these conditions are beyond anyone's control.
Room heaters are not included in the package cost. Heater charges, wherever available, are payable directly at the property and are subject to availability.

Mobile network connectivity is limited in Spiti Valley. BSNL and Jio offer the best coverage in some areas, though signal availability cannot be guaranteed.

Carry sufficient cash before entering Spiti Valley, as ATM availability is limited and digital payment services may not work due to poor network connectivity.
Participants are advised to carry valid Government-issued Photo ID proof throughout the trip.

Modifications

The Company cannot be made liable for the consequences of weather conditions, flight cancellations, war or threat of civil war, strikes, industrial action, political unrest, or any other force majeure or unusual or unforeseen circumstance.
The company reserves the right to use alternate transport or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness, or any other force major. Any additional costs, such as extra hotel accommodation, flight or road transport, will be at your charge and must be paid directly on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
-> If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
-> If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip,75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
-> If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled, and in such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
